Why can’t I stream video?
We have taken the generous step of allowing you to download the videos. You are able to download them up to 2 times. Instead of using your download data on your mobile device, you can store the video on it & watch videos at your leisure without the consequence of using data every time!
How large are the video downloads?
The file sizes vary, but generally range from 100mb to 300mb. On the download page of each video, you will find the file size for each video in Full HD, HD & SD formats.
How long do the video downloads go for?
The videos do vary depending on the song. Generally a video tutorial will be between 5 and 10 minutes long. You will know exactly how long each video goes for on its particular download page in the store.
What format are the videos in?
All videos are in the .mp4 format. This format is popular and most computers, tablets & smart phonesd would already have a program to view them. If you don’t, that’s no problem. There’s plenty of free software out there that you can get. Check out VLC Media Player
How many times can I download the videos and/or sheet music?
You can download he files twice, but the link will disappear after 48hrs. Be sure to download your purchases ASAP.
What format is the sheet music in?
The sheet music is in .pdf format. Most computers, tablets & phones have a program on them to display them already but if you don’t, no sweat, download Adobe Reader
BUYING FROM THE STORE
I’ve paid for my downloads. Where are they?
The links to your downloadable files have been sent to your email address you supplied when you made your purchase. Please note, you only have 48 hours to download your purchase. The link you received will no longer link to the file you purchased after that period of time. You will find your downloaded files in your devices selected download folder.
